I. Identity of the Operator

The Book Flow is a curated digital archive operated by BooksAfi. References to "The Book Flow," "we," and "our" include the archive and its related commercial services.

II. Acceptance of Terms

By using our archives, whether signed in or not, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. Continued use means you continue to accept these terms.

III. Service Tiers

Our ecosystem includes a public discovery catalog, a premium library for focused reading, and a commercial service for literary promotion.

IV. Account Access and Integrity

Signed-in users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that compromise the integrity of the service or violate our community standards.

V. Premium Subscriptions

Premium access is processed through secure merchants of record. Billing cycles are recurring unless canceled through the user's dashboard. If a payment fails, access may be limited to the public discovery tier.

VI. Intellectual Property

The layout, branding, and original curation of The Book Flow remain the exclusive property of BooksAfi. Manuscript covers and associated metadata remain the property of their respective authors and publishers, cited here for archival discovery purposes.
