Short Review
A mesmerizing and profoundly influential work that bridges the gap between scientific inquiry and spiritual mysticism. Yogananda's narrative is deeply personal yet universally appealing, offering detailed accounts of miraculous events that challenge Western rationalism. While readers must suspend disbelief regarding some claims, the book's core message - the practical application of yoga and meditation for self-realization - is transformative. It remains a seminal text that shaped the spiritual movement in the mid-20th century and continues to inspire seekers today.
